Tuscon, Arizona

Last weekend, I've been in Tuscon to visit my friend Jeongyeol Yoon. Dr Yoon and his wife are both of professors of Univ of Arizona. You can imagine how smart couple they are. :)
I've carpooled with my coworker Mark Campbell since he always visits Tuscon to see his daughter, Megan. Megan is senior student in Univ of Arizona.
My first impression about Tucson is a dried but clean city. Soon I learned it is also old historical city in Arizona. Tuscon's existed even before Pheonix started. For that reason, it seems that Tuscon people are proud of their own town.
Arizona is the only state having State Tree in US. You can imagine what. Yes, it is Cactus. The State of Arizona prohibits to dig cactus. Also is this state a land of desert. Everywhere I could see only continued desert while I was driving down there.
Desert Museum of Tuscon shows the life in desert. Unlike other zoo, this place exhibits lots of wierd living creatures behind strong show windows or on outdoor park. There are lots of snakes, scorpions, lizards, reptiles, mountain lions, wildcats, bears, goats, wild boars and cactuses. You must not miss there when you visit Tuscon.
Universtity of Arizona has as long history as Tuscon's. It is the first high education facility in Arizona when this state still is a territory. I just recalled that the Mascot "Wildcats" of it has shown up in the movie "Speed". Sandra Block has had a tattoo of Wildcats since she's graduated from Univ of Arizona in that movie. That's interesting clue for me.

Movie on Sunday

Irene's shown us "Crank" last sunday night at Mission Valley AMC.
Unfortunately, Sarah missed this nice chance but Gene enjoyed Hooters, pretty much. hehe.
Look Gene's happy face~

Jesse looks a little bit boring in such a place but they're still a sweet couple.
Who can break them!

Oh, don't forget about Kevin. He's alone this night.
Hey, Kev! Where're all those girls around you???
